What the form saves

We save your email address, the guide requested, the time of your request and whether you asked for future weekend guides. This lets us provide the download and record your preference. We do not collect your name, children’s details or payment information in this form.

Future emails are optional

Downloading the PDF does not subscribe you to marketing. The optional box records your interest in future weekend guides. Those requests remain unconfirmed; no email is sent automatically by this form. We will ask you to confirm before subscribing you to updates.

Storage and retention

Download records are stored in the site’s private Cloudflare D1 database through Sites hosting. They are not displayed to other visitors, sold or sent to an email marketing provider by this form. Download-only records become eligible for deletion after 90 days; unconfirmed requests for future guides become eligible after one year. Cleanup runs as the form is used, so records may remain longer when there are no new requests. Use your private removal link to delete your record sooner.

For basic abuse prevention, we keep an hourly hash derived from the connection address and a request count; the form does not save the raw address in its database. The hosting provider may separately process ordinary connection logs. Download links expire after 30 minutes.

Delete your saved email

After submitting the form, use “Delete my saved email” beside your download link. That private link opens the removal form below. Each link removes the record for that request, including its future-guide preference. If you make several requests, each has its own removal link.
